Call-in / Online Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Product Warranties

All Goods are supplied and sold on an "as is where is" basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier of such goods has issued a warranty in respect of such goods, in which case such goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier of such goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier for any claims related to such warranties.

2. Delivery Service Surcharge (Please refer to our Covid-19 page for details)

A delivery surcharge of S$20 applies for nett purchases below S$100. Free delivery for nett purchases above S$100. No delivery will be made outside mainland Singapore or to post office boxes. A re-delivery surcharge of S$20 will apply after the first failed delivery.

3. Modes of Payment

We accept credit card (VISA and MasterCard, Direct Bank transfer, Paynow). You may add us as "payee", if you wish to make your payment with your credit card.

As of 22nd April, we can only accept Direct Bank transfer and Paynow.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be reported to Superpets within 7 calendar days, (inclusive of PH, Weekend and delivery date) and accompanied by the original receipts. All products for exchange have to be returned unused, in their original packaging & tag. For products which are wrongly or short delivered, Superpets will exchange/re-deliver as soon as possible. All exchanges of the products are subjected to management discretion. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.

5. Delivery Processing (Please refer to our Covid-19 page for details)

Superpets will strive to process your order within 24 - 48 hours and we strive to deliver all orders within 3 - 5 working days from the date we verifiy your order and payment, excluding public holidays and Sunday. Our delivery team will provide update on the status of your order for delivery. Prior for each delivery, Our drivers will contact you for final confirmation and availablilty. 

6. Membership Points

Subject to the Terms and Conditions of prevailing promotions, applicable membership privileges will only be given upon verification of membership status during ordering for in-store purchase. Registered Online members will be award with membership points based on the whole figure amount spent.
