Refunds & Exchange Policy
The Refunds and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website (superpets.sg).
- With effect from 3 February 2022, all refunds will be charged an admin fee (5% of item price).
- We will exchange item(s) due to manufacturers' defect only.
- The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and in good condition) to 263 Jln Kayu, Singapore 799491.
- We will require the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.superpets.sg
- We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery.
- Please note that the item(s) cannot be exchanged without the original tax invoice and we reserve the right not to accept the item(s).
- For products which are wrongly or short-delivered, Superpets reserves the right to refund the difference or supply the correct or short-delivered products.
- All non-exchangeable goods and any items marked as "Sale" are final. These items cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
- Non-exchangeable goods include (but not limited to) pet muzzles, e-collars, apparel, undergarments, footwear, clippers, strollers, beds, cushions, gates, playpens and cages.
- Superpets reserves the right to amend the Refunds & Exchange Policy above without prior notice.
