  • Responsible for day-to-day retail operations & sales achievement of given target

Job Description

  • Check daily data, e.g. daily delivery order and purchase invoice
  • Handle accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank reconciliations
  • Ensure all accounts receivables, accounts payables are posted accurately into the accounting system promptly
  • Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries
  • Prepare invoices and assist in preparation of payment to vendors, liaising with vendors on discrepancies
  • Meet deadlines for management reporting
  • Maintain proper document filing and documentation\Assist in month-end closing and annual audit
  • Learn GST submission and annual tax submission
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, results-driven and possess good problem-solving skills
  • 5-days work week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Candidate must possess NITEC / ITE / Diploma qualification in any related field, preferably in retail industry;
  • Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptive and positive personality to work effectively under pressure meet tight deadline
  • With basic accounting experience, Quickbook Accounting Software Knowledge is preferred

Requirements:

Job Description and responsibilities:

  • In-charge of deliveries to customers & retail outlets
  • Picking and packing for deliveries to customers
  • Ensure that deliveries are carried out responsibly and on time
  • Ensure goods deliver tally with the invoice and delivery order
  • Assist in the operations of all warehousing including stock control and stock inventories movement and yearly stock take accountability
  • Clean up the warehouse and adhere to safety rules and procedures
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to superior
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior
     

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 3 driving license with knowledge of Singapore road.
  • Min 1 – 2 years work experience as driver with good driving records
  • Able to handle Warehouse and delivery work
  • Must be punctual, dependable and time management
  • Able to work 10am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday (Alt Saturday Off)
  • Able to speak / write basic English to handle queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Able to start within a short notice or immediately preferred
